胸部螺旋CT联合MRI技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胸部螺旋CT联合MRI技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取山东省泰安市中医医院放射科2019年3月至2022年3月收治的100例疑似乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象。所有患者实施胸部螺旋CT和MRI检查,以病理结果为金标准,分析不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果病理结果显示,100例中,乳腺炎42例,乳腺增生20例,乳腺导管乳头瘤20例,乳腺囊肿10例,乳腺癌8例。胸部螺旋CT联合MRI检查的特异度、敏感度、准确性高于单独胸部螺旋CT、MRI检查(P<0.05)。结论胸部螺旋CT联合MRI技术在乳腺疾病中的诊断效能较高。Objective To investigate the application value of chest spiral CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected breast diseases admitted to the Department of Radiology of Tai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent chest spiral CT and MRI examination,and the pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of different examination methods.Results Pathological results showed that there were 42 cases of mastiti s,20 cases of breast hyperplasia,20 cases of breast ductal papilloma,10 cases of breast cyst,and 8 cases of breast cancer.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of chest spiral CT combined with MRI were higher than those of chest spiral CT or MRI alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Chest spiral CT combined with MRI has a high diagnostic efficiency in breast diseases.
