摘　　要：目的分析女性生殖器疱疹的流行病学特点,为防控疾病、促进女性生殖健康提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集北京市海淀区2005—2022年女性生殖器疱疹的传染病报告卡,分析其流行病学特征。结果169例中,年龄18~78岁,中位数30岁,发病年龄集中在22~34岁(60.4%);职业类型中占比前5位的依次为家务及待业41例(24.3%)、不详33例(19.5%)、干部职员例24(14.2%)、商业服务16例(9.5%)、其他12例(7.1%);发病到诊断的间隔时间最短0 d,最长达2年以上。结论生殖器疱疹对女性生殖健康影响较大,应加强宣教生殖器疱疹的预防知识,并提高医院生殖器疱疹的报告水平。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of female genital herpes,and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of the disease and the promotion of female reproductive health.Methods The infectious disease report cards of female genital herpes in Haidian District of Beijing from 2005 to 2022 were collected from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System,and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed.Results Among the 169 patients,the age ranged from 18 to 78 years,with a median age of 30 years.The age of onset was concentrated in 22-34 years(60.4%).The top 5 occupation types were housework and unemployment 41 cases(24.3%),unknown 33 cases(19.5%),cadres 24 cases(14.2%),business service 16 cases(9.5%),and other 12 cases(7.1%).The shortest interval between onset and diagnosis was 0 day and the longest was more than 2 years.Conclusion Genital herpes has a great impact on female reproductive health.It is necessary to strengthen the health education about the prevention and control of genital herpes and improve the reporting level of genital herpes in hospitals.
