摘　　要：目的探析家庭早期干预对高危新生儿发育行为的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月桐梓县妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的新生儿100例作为研究观察对象,用随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对观察组派专人对家长进行家庭早期教育指导及定期访视,对照组仅于出院时行常规出院宣教,未进行专业训练及指导。于2~3月龄利用0~6岁儿童发育行为评估量表评估两组婴儿发育商。结果观察组发育商高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.433,P=0.000)。观察组发育商80以下占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046)。结论家庭早期干预对高危新生儿发育行为能力水平具有明显影响,可促进高危新生儿发育行为能力提高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of early family intervention on the developmental behavior of high-risk newborns.Methods A total of 100 high-risk newborns treated in the Neonatology Department of Tongzi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random sampling method,with 50 cases in each group.The parents of newborns in observation group were given early family education training,following by regular visits to the family.The parents in control group were only given routine guidance at discharge,without professional training and guidance.The developmental-behavioral assessment scale for children aged 0 to 6 years was used to assess the developmental quotient at 2 to 3 months of age between the two groups.Results The developmental quotient was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.433,P=0.000).The percentage of developmental quotient below 80 was lower in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046).Conclusion Early family intervention has an obvious impact on the level of developmental behavioral capacity of high-risk newborns and can promote the improvement of developmentalbehavioral competence of high-risk newborns,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
