孕康口服液联合黄体酮治疗习惯性流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨孕康口服液联合黄体酮治疗习惯性流产患者的临床效果。方法选择2021年2月至2022年12月江西省妇幼保健院收治的50例习惯性流产患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(n=25)及对照组(n=25)。对照组给予黄体酮治疗,观察组给予黄体酮联合孕康口服液治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组转化生长因子-β1、抗心磷脂抗体水平低于对照组,抗子宫内膜抗体、孕激素诱导阻断因子高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论习惯性流产患者联合应用孕康口服液与黄体酮治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with Progesterone in the treatment of habitual abortion.Methods A total of 50 patients with habitual abortion admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Progesterone combined with Yunkang Oral Liquid.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor-β1 and anticardiolipin antibody in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of endometrium antibody and progesterone induced blocking factor were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined use of Yunkang Oral Liquid and Progesterone in the treatment of habitual abort ion is significant.
