孕康口服液联合间苯三酚注射液治疗先兆流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨孕康口服液联合间苯三酚注射液治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年10月亳州市人民医院收治的100例先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用间苯三酚注射液治疗,观察组采用孕康口服液联合间苯三酚注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、性激素水平、临床症状消失时间、宫缩消失时间及不良分娩结局。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组雌二醇、孕酮及人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状消失时间及宫缩消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产及早产发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕康口服液联合间苯三酚注射液治疗先兆流产的效果确切,可改善性激素水平,有效缓解临床症状,减少不良分娩结局的发生,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with Phloroglucinol Injection in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Bozhou People’s Hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phloroglucinol Injection,and the observation group was treated with Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with Phloroglucinol Injection.The therapeutic effect,hormone level,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,disappearance time of uterine contraction and adverse delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and uterine contraction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section and premature delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with Phloroglucinol Injection in the treatment of threatened abortion is exact,which can improve hormone levels,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
