摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理模式在妇科腹部手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月泰山区人民医院收治的92例妇科腹部手术患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用快速康复护理模式。比较两组恢复情况及护理满意度。结果观察组首次下床活动时间、进食时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理模式在妇科腹部手术患者中的应用可加速患者恢复速度,并提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in patients with gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with gynecological abdominal surgery admitted to Taishan District People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(46 cases).The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the rapid rehabilitation nursing mode.The recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first time of getting out of bed,eating time,anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in patients with gynecological abdominal surgery can accelerate the recovery speed of patients and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
