摘 要:地下污水处理厂工作区域通风净化系统及气流组织的合理设置与环境质量、人身健康、系统能耗等息息相关。离子净化技术节能高效,其污水厂工程应用研究及数值模拟方法亟待补充。以广东省惠州市陈江街道办二号地下污水处理厂污泥间为例,借助数值模拟方法及FLUENT软件对其离子通风系统及气流组织进行了数值计算和分析。结果表明,相比于传统通风除臭,离子通风方式效果更好,排污效率可达3.19,且新风入口竖直方向的近地设置可有效限制NH_(3)在工作平面扩散。数值模拟方法方便可靠。The reasonable setting of the ventilation and purification system and airflow organization in the working area of the underground sewage treatment plant is closely related to the environmental quality,personal health,and system energy consumption.Ion purification technology is energy-saving and efficient,and its engineering application research and numerical simulation methods in sewage treatment plants need to be supplemented.Taking the sludge room of No.2 underground sewage treatment plant in Chenjiang Sub-district Office,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province as an example,numerical calculation and analysis of its ion ventilation system and airflow organization were carried out by means of numerical simulation method and FLUENT software.The results show that compared with the traditional ventilation and deodorization,the ion ventilation method has better effect,and the sewage discharge efficiency can reach 3.19,and the vertical setting of the fresh air inlet can effectively limit the diffusion of NH_(3)around the working plane.The numerical simulation method is convenient and reliable.
