摘 要:为强化双螺杆压缩机转子表面防腐耐冲性能,本文通过多弧离子镀/磁控溅射复合工艺,在转子基材20Cr13表面分别制备CrN、TiN、TiAlCrN三类PVD涂层,研究三类涂层的力学性能及Al元素掺杂对硬质氮化物涂层防腐耐冲性能的影响。试验结果表明:CrN、TiN、TiAlCrN三类PVD涂层能够显著提升转子基材20Cr13表面硬度。通过Al元素的掺杂,涂层发生固溶强化,从而显著提升氮化物涂层的硬度,但TiAlCrN涂层孔隙率较高,耐腐蚀性能较差。TiAlCrN涂层由于硬度较高、薄膜结合力高,其耐冲蚀性能较好。In order to strengthen the anti-corrosion and impact resistance of the rotor surface of a twin-screw compressor,this paper prepared CrN,TiN,and TiAlCrN physical vapor deposition(PVD)coatings on the surface of rotor substrate 20Cr13 by composite multi-arc ion plating/magnetron sputtering process,studied the mechanical properties of these coatings,and analyzed the effect of Al doping on the anti-corrosion and impact resistance of hard nitride coatings.The experimental results show that the three types of PVD coatings can significantly improve the surface hardness of the rotor substrate 20Cr13.By doping the Al element,the coating undergoes solution strengthening,which thus significantly improves the hardness of the nitride coating.However,the TiAlCrN coating has a high porosity and poor anti-corrosion.TiAlCrN coating has excellent erosion resistance due to its high hardness and high membrane adhesion.
