铬系除尘灰气力输送技术应用探讨

摘  要:介绍了气力输送与机械输送的特点,铬系除尘灰的特性及气力输送方式的选择,并对稀相气力输送和密相气力输送应用于输送铬系除尘灰进行了比较,探讨了气力输送应用于铬系除尘灰的可行性,指出了利用密相气力输送系统减少铬系除尘灰的二次扬尘,减少与水接触,减少Cr^(6+)危险物质的生成,降低机械输送设备维护费用,在铁合金环保除尘中探索及应用效果较好。The paper introduces the characteristics of pneumatic conveying and mechanical conveying,the characteris-tics of chromium dust removal and the selection of pneumatic conveying mode,compares the application of dilute phase pneumatic conveying and dense phase pneumatic conveying in the transportation of chromium dust removal,discusses the feasibility of pneumatic conveying in chromium dust removal,and points out that the dense phase pneumatic conveying system is used to control the secondary dust of chromium dust removal,reduce contact with water,cut down the gener-ation of Cr^(6+)dangerous substances,lower the maintenance cost of mechanical conveying equipment,and explore and apply in environmental protection and dust removal of ferroalloy with better effect.
