摘  要:通过电辅助等温拉伸与常规等温拉伸试验研究了脉冲电流对Ti-55高温钛合金拉伸变形行为的影响,并采用扫描电镜观察了Ti-55高温钛合金在不同条件下的微观组织与断口形貌变化。结果表明,Ti-55高温钛合金存在较为明显的纯电塑性效应,电辅助拉伸相较于常规等温拉伸在降低高温钛合金变形抗力与屈强比方面有着更显著的作用;电辅助变形试样的平均晶粒面积及小角度晶界所占比例在600℃时都大于常规热变形,700℃数据结果反转,说明电辅助作用下Ti-55高温钛合金发生动态再结晶所需的温度低于常规热变形;纯电塑性效应的存在增加了Ti-55高温钛合金微孔聚集性断裂的倾向。The effect of pulse current on tensile deformation behavior of Ti⁃55 high temperature titanium alloy was studied by electrically assisted tension and conventional isothermal tension tests.The microstructure and fracture morphology variations of Ti⁃55 high temperature titanium alloy under different conditions were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that pure electroplastic effect obviously exists in Ti⁃55 high temperature titanium alloy.The electrically assisted tension has more significant effect on reducing deforma⁃tion resistance and yield ratio of high temperature titanium alloy than conventional isothermal tension.The average grain area and the ratio of low angle grain boundary of the electrically assisted deformation samples at 600℃are greater than those of conventional thermal de⁃formation.The data results at 700℃are reversed,indicating that the temperature required for dynamic recrystallization of Ti⁃55 high temperature titanium alloy under electrically assisted is lower than that of conventional thermal deformation.The exist of pure electroplastic effect promotes the micropore aggregation fracture trend of Ti⁃55 high temperature titanium alloy.
