摘　　要：目的评估H市养老机构失能老人生活质量及相关影响因素,为提升养老机构服务质量提供理论依据。方法以养老机构336名失能老人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、日常生活问卷、简明健康状况量表进行调查。结果失能老人生活质量不高,处于中等偏下水平。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、失能程度、每月费用是失能老人生理健康的影响因素,失能程度、年龄、失能原因是其心理健康的影响因素。结论养老机构要通过医养结合、完善机构管理、提升养老护理员服务水平、丰富养老机构生活等提高失能老人生活质量。Objective To assess the life quality and related influencing factors among elderly with disabilities in H city elderly care institutions,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the service quality of elderly care institutions.Methods A total of 336 disabled elderly in elderly care institutions were selected as the research subjects.General Information Questionnaire,Daily Life Questionnaire and Simple Health Status Scale were used for data collection.Results The life quality of the disabled elderly with disabilities was low and at a relatively lower level.The results of the multi-factor analysis showed that age,degree of disability,and monthly cost were the factors influencing the physical health of the disabled elderly,while degree of disability,age,and cause of disability were the factors influencing their mental health.Conclusion Elderly care institutions should improve the life quality of the disabled elderly by combining medical care,improving institutional management,and enriching the life of elderly care institutions by improving the service level of elderly caregivers.
