摘　　要：介绍了线材轧机设备状态监测的选择原则及标准,归纳了高线轧制设备的故障类型和表现特点。通过故障诊断应用实例,详细阐述了故障诊断技术在线材轧机设备状态监测上的具体应用.The selection principles and standards of status monitoring of wire rod rolling mill are introduced.And the fault types and performance characteristics of high-wire rolling equipment are summarized.Through the application examples of fault diagnosis,the specific application of fault diagnosis technology in the status monitoring of online rolling mill is elaborated.
