摘　　要：分析了莱钢炼钢厂小方坯连铸机存在的问题,提出了解决问题的改造目标及改造方案。改造项目实施后,提升了炼钢厂小方坯连铸机产品质量控制能力和质量保障能力,满足了下道工序生产需要。This article analyzes the problems existing in the continuous billet caster of Laigang Steel-Making Plant,and proposes the revamping goals and plans.After the implementation of the revamping project,the quality control and guarantee capabilities of the continuous billet caster have been improved,meeting the production needs of the next process.
