摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种煤气回收分析仪表预处理装置的改进,在炼钢厂煤气回收分析仪表的运行中发生故障的原因是多方面的且比较复杂,分析总结故障主要集中在分析仪表预处理装置这个环节上,通过对预处理装置的改进来大幅度的降低故障的发生,提高分析仪表的响应速度,保证分析仪表连续稳定运行。This paper introduces the improvement of a pretreatment device for gas recycling analysis instrument.The reasons for the failure in the operation of the gas recycling analysis instrument in the steel-making plant are various and complex.The fault is mainly concentrated in the pretreatment device for analysis instrument.Through improvement of the pretreatment device,the occurrence of failure has been greatly reduced,the response speed of the analysis instrument has been improved,the continuous and stable operation of the analysis instrument could be ensured.
