摘　　要：阐述了轧机主轴平衡系统发生泄漏和主轴平衡阀组出现失衡的故障现象,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了故障处理方法。总结了主轴平衡系统长寿命运行的先进操作法。This article explains the leakage of the spindle balance system of the rolling mill and the imbalance of the spindle balance valve group,analyzes the causes of the faults,and proposes fault handling methods.It summarizes the advanced operating methods for the long service life operation of the spindle balance system.
