摘  要:分析了R_(1)轧机主传动轴设备结构特点、现场工艺及使用要求。通过计算、测量、调整等方法,查找出主传动轴异常摆动的原因,并提出了对应的整改措施及控制方法。整改措施实施后,R_(1)轧机主传动轴在轧制时再未出现严重的摆动现象,从而保证了R_(1)轧机稳定运行,提高了轧制质量。This paper analyzes the structure characteristics,site process and application requirements of the R_(1)main drive shaft equipment of rolling mill.Through calculation,measurement,adjustment and other methods,the cause of abnormal swing of the main drive shaft was identified,and corresponding rectification measures and control methods were proposed.After the implementation of rectification measures,the R_(1)main drive shaft of rolling mill no longer experienced severe swing during rolling,ensuring the stable operation of R_(1)rolling mill and improving the rolling quality.
