经济交往中城乡数字鸿沟形成机制及信息扶贫路径探究

摘　　要：在经济活动中,数字技术的应用范围日益广泛。在乡村振兴战略深入实施的新时代背景下,数字化扶贫能有效消除传统区域发展的空间边界,推动扶贫工作实现高质量、可持续发展,可以说数字化扶贫已成为决胜全面小康、实现共同富裕的“新杠杆”。鉴于数字化扶贫的重要性和必要性,本文基于数字化扶贫的演变和特点,从多个维度探讨了数字经济视野下农村贫困问题的本质与时代价值,并在此基础上提出了数字化扶贫的优化路径,具体包括增加信息获取途径、完善农村信息环境、深入推广农业信息技术,以期构建农村扶贫工作的新路径,使我国广阔的农村地区在数字经济时代下大有作为,共享新时代的“数字红利”。In economic activities,the application of digital technology has become increasingly widespread.Against the background of the new era of in-depth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,digital poverty alleviation can effectively eliminate traditional spatial boundaries of regional development and promote high-quality and sustainable development of poverty alleviation,which can be said to have become a“new lever”for building a prosperous society in all respects and achieving common prosperity.Given the importance and necessity of digital poverty alleviation,this paper discusses the essence and value of rural poverty in the digital economy from multiple dimensions based on the evolution and characteristics of digital poverty alleviation,and on this basis proposes optimal paths for digital poverty alleviation,including increasing access to information,improving the rural information environment,and promoting agricultural information technology,to build new paths for rural poverty alleviation,so that China’s vast rural areas can make great achievements in the era of the digital economy and share the“digital dividends”of the new era.
