摘　　要：本文分析了物流金融对中小客户企业、金融机构及物流企业的价值,从微观和宏观相结合的视角分析了物流金融存在的潜在风险,从中小客户企业、金融机构及物流企业的10个维度来分析物流金融的风险,并对物流金融的风险控制提出了相应对策,以供参考。This paper analyzes the value of logistics finance to small and medium-sized customer enterprises,financial institutions,and logistics enterprises,analyzes the potential risks of logistics finance from a combination of micro and macro perspectives,analyzes the risks of logistics finance in ten dimensions from small and medium-sized customer enterprises,financial institutions and logistics enterprises,and proposes countermeasures for risk control of logistics finance for reference.
