三黄鸡在青海省生长发育性能测定分析

摘　　要：近年,由于三黄鸡的肉质细嫩皮薄、肌间脂肪适量、肉味鲜美,在青海市场上受到了广大消费者的青睐。同时,伴随全省多地“柴火鸡”餐馆门店的大量兴起,三黄鸡的消费量陡增,全省也掀起了养殖三黄鸡肉鸡的热潮。据不完全统计,进入青海省消费市场的三黄鸡数量达到了180万只以上。该文针对这种情况,在青海省试验性地饲养三黄鸡,并进行了生长发育性能测定分析。In recent years,because of the meat thin skin,muscle fat,meat delicious,in Qinghai market by the majority of consumers.At the same time,with the rise of many“Firewood turkey”restaurants in the province,the consumption of three yellow chicken increased sharply,the province has also set off a three yellow chicken breeding craze.According to incomplete statistics,the number of three yellow chickens entering the consumer market in Qinghai province reached more than 1.8 million.In order to solve this problem,three yellow chickens were bred in Qinghai province,and their growth and development performance were measured and analyzed.
