摘　　要：加米霉素是一种新型的半合成大环内酯类动物用药物,具有吸收快、药效持久、安全性高等优点。该文主要对加米霉素的理化性质、作用机制及临床应用进行综述,以期为加米霉素在兽医临床中的进一步应用提供理论参考依据。Gamithromycin is a new semi-synthetic macrolide veterinary antibiotic with the advantages of fast absorption,longlasting efficacy and high safety.In this paper,the physicochemical properties,mechanism of action and clinical application of gamithromycin were reviewed in order to provide theoretical reference for the further application of gamithromycin in veterinary clinic.
