一例犬皮肤病诊治与体会

摘　　要：该文对一例萨摩耶犬的皮肤病进行诊断、治疗与分析。通过临床症状检查、实验室检查和影像学检查等方法进行诊断,结果表明:该犬患有过敏性皮肤病,继发毛囊炎、脓皮症和细菌感染,进一步诊断发现该犬还患有甲状腺机能减退与肾上腺皮质机能减退,经抗敏药物、药浴及激素刺激等治疗手段之后,病犬皮肤状态有明显改善。This article presents the diagnosis,treatment and analysis of a Samoyed dermatosis.The dog was diagnosed by clinical symptom examination,laboratory examination and imaging examination.The results showed that the dog suffered from allergic dermatosis,followed by folliculitis,pyoderma and bacterial infection,further diagnosis revealed that the dog also suffered from hypothyroidism and adrenal cortex.After treatment with anti-allergic drugs,medicated bath and hormone stimulation,the skin condition of the dog was significantly improved.
