几种猪圆环病毒疫苗在规模化猪场免疫效果观察与比较研究

摘　　要：猪圆环病毒病是生猪养殖当中较为常见的传染性疫病,可造成患猪的多种感染症状,并且具有免疫抑制作用,可发生继发性感染,造成较高的死亡率,给养殖者带来较为严重的经济损失。该文首先概述猪圆环病毒的特点与猪圆环病毒的研究进展,以及不同诊断方法、不同疫苗在防治方面的应用,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对滨海县滨海港镇60头猪采血样常温析出血清,检测不同疫苗抗体水平,结果表明,不同疫苗对猪圆环病毒的免疫效果不一,自家苗与进口苗效果相当,国产苗效果一般,对规模化养殖场预防猪圆环病毒具有研究意义。Porcine Circovirus Disease is a common infectious disease in pig breeding.It can cause a variety of infection symptoms of infected pigs,and has immunosuppressive effect.It can cause secondary infection,cause high mortality and bring serious economic losses to farmers.Firstly,this paper introduces the research progress of porcine circovirus and its harm,as well as the application of different diagnostic methods and different vaccines in prevention and control.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the blood samples of 60 pigs in Binhai port town,Binhai County were analyzed at room temperature,and the antibody levels of different vaccines were detected,different vaccines have different immune effects on porcine circovirus.The effect of domestic vaccines is equivalent to that of imported vaccines,and the effect of domestic vaccines is general.It is of research significance for the prevention of porcine circovirus in large-scale farms.
