摘　　要：肝脏在动物机体中重要的器官,肝脏的重要性主要体现在肝脏功能方面。肝脏功能复杂,涉及一系列的生理学和病理学机制,体现在肝脏血流供应机制,肝实质细胞的功能性,肝脏的免疫系统,肝脏的胆汁流动通道,肝脏的再生系统等,这些肝细胞功能亦是复杂且大多互相关联,肝细胞的结构及功能的复杂性经常让临床医生感到困惑。该文旨在分析动物肝细胞的结构和功能,并借鉴部分当今医学上肝细胞的生理学研究,以期望在动物生理学的基础上使临床肝脏疾病分析和判断有更多的参考与帮助,提升临床肝细胞功能的认知,并在日常的诊疗活动中提供更多的理论基础。The liver is an important organ in the animal body.The importance of the liver is mainly reflected in the liver function.Liver function is complex and involves a range of physiological and pathological mechanisms,embodied in hepatic blood supply mechanisms,the functionality of hepatic parenchymal cells,the immune system of the liver,and bile flow channels of the liver,the liver regeneration system and so on,these liver cell functions are also complex and mostly interrelated,the liver cell,s structure and the function complexity often causes the clinician to feel confused.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure and function of animal hepatocytes,and draw on some physiological studies of hepatocytes in human medicine,it is expected that on the basis of animal physiology,there will be more reference and help for clinical liver disease analysis and judgment,and the cognition of clinical liver cell function will be improved,and more theoretical basis will be provided in the daily diagnosis and treatment activities.
