猪无名高热综合征病因及综合治疗

摘　　要：猪无名高热综合症又被称为猪高热综合症,是育成阶段的猪群和某些繁殖母猪容易发生流行的一种综合性的传染性疾病。该病具有较高的发病率和致死率,呈现典型的季节流行特征,以夏秋季节的发生流行率较高。无名高热综合症具有发病急、发病速度快、传播范围广、治愈难度大、短时间内能造成整个群体全部发病,面临较为严重的经济损失。近些年,随着养殖领域对无名高热综合症的重视程度不断增加,再加上养殖场构建了比较完善的疫苗免疫接种制度,该种疾病的总体流行趋势有所减缓,但是在很多养殖场,尤其是中小规模养殖场当中,仍然是发病流行较高。作为养殖管理人员,应该对无名高热综合症的发病原因做到全面了解,并结合临床特征病理变化,对病情做出初步的诊断,构建综合性的防控方案,确保在短时间内控制病情,将该种疾病造成的死亡率降低到最小程度。Anonymised swine fever syndrome,also known as swine fever syndrome,is a complex infectious disease of epidemics that can occur in breeding herds and certain breeding sows.The disease has a high incidence and mortality,showing a typical seasonal epidemic characteristics,the incidence of summer and autumn season is higher.Nameless hyperpyrexia syndrome is characterized by acute onset,rapid onset,wide spread,difficult to cure,and severe economic losses.In recent years,with the increasing attention to the unnamed high fever syndrome in the farming field and the establishment of a relatively perfect vaccination system,the overall epidemic trend of the disease has slowed down,however,in many farms,especially in small and medium-sized farms,the prevalence of the disease is still high.As a farming manager,we should first understand the cause of anonymous hyperpyrexia syndrome,and combine the clinical features and pathological changes to make a preliminary diagnosis of the disease,to build a comprehensive prevention and control program,to ensure control of the disease in a short period of time and to minimize the mortality caused by the disease.
