猪圆环病毒及支原体二联疫苗使用效果观察

摘　　要：圆环病毒是导致猪圆环(PCVD)的重要致病因子,分为PCV1和PCV22类。猪圆环病多表现为断奶仔猪多器官功能衰减综合征、皮炎肾病综合征、先天性震颤等疾病,对全球养猪业都有很大影响。猪圆环病毒2型可使猪免疫系统受损,导致机体免疫力下降,通常会导致猪的二次感染和混合感染,因此不易确诊和治疗。该文从猪圆环病毒的病原学、流行病学、临床表现、相关疫苗种类和实际使用数据进行分析,以国内某厂家圆支二联灭活疫苗与国产一种圆环疫苗进行对比,得出圆支二联疫苗接种后,猪圆环病毒的阳性和总体的离散性比只打1针圆环苗好。Circovirus is an important pathogenic factor causing porcine circovirus(PCVD),which can be divided into PCV1 and PCV2.Porcine circadian disease(PCD)is mainly manifested as multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,dermatitis nephrotic syndrome,congenital tremor and other diseases of weaned piglets,which has a great impact on the global pig industry.Porcine circovirus type 2 can damage the immune system of pigs,leading to the decline of body immunity,usually leading to secondary infection and mixed infection of pigs,so it is difficult to diagnose and treat.This article analyzed the etiology,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,related vaccine types and actual use data of porcine circovirus,and compared a domestic round branch dual inactivated vaccine with a domestic round branch vaccine.It was concluded that after the round branch dual vaccine was inoculated,the positive rate and overall dispersion of porcine circovirus were better than that of a single round branch vaccine.
