摘　　要：人工授精是用人工的方法采取精液用于发情母畜的配种,其最大的优点是,能通过广泛使用经过精心测定和选择的种公畜,有机会传播良种。在减少各种疾病,特别是由于公母畜因配种接触而传播的疾病,起着重要的作用。人工授精还有助于提供完整和精确的配种记录,对于有不孕症的畜群提供了更好的管理方法。但由于基层人员采精技术还不规范,影响精液品质,该文根据目前基层地区人工授精的应用情况,详细介绍了人工授精中精液的采集方法。Artificial insemination is to use semen artificially to breed oestrus female livestock.Its greatest advantage is that it can spread improved breeds through extensive use of carefully measured and selected breeding male livestock.It plays an important role in reducing various diseases,especially those transmitted by male and female livestock due to mating contact.Artificial insemination also helps to provide complete and accurate breeding records,providing a better management method for infertile herds.However,due to the nonstandard technology of semen collection by grass-roots personnel,which affects the quality of semen,this paper introduces in detail the methods of semen collection in artificial insemination according to the current application of artificial insemination in grass-roots areas.
