五味子提取物对离体兔肠平滑肌运动影响

摘　　要：目的研究五味子提取物对离体兔肠平滑肌的舒张作用及机制。方法采用离体兔肠平滑肌试验,应用BL-420E生物机能实验系统,比较五味子提取物对离体兔肠平滑肌及乙酰胆碱和妥拉唑啉作用下其平滑肌活动的影响,记录肠肌的收缩频率和振幅。结果五味子提取物对离体兔肠平滑肌自发性收缩频率和振幅的抑制作用具有浓度依赖性。40 mg/ml的五味子提取物对由乙酰胆碱引起的离体兔肠平滑肌的兴奋性收缩有明显的抑制作用;当运用妥拉唑啉阻断肾上腺素能α受体后,五味子提取物仍然可以对离体肠平滑肌收缩的振幅具有抑制作用。结论五味子提取物可能与乙酰胆碱产生竞争性抑制,阻断M受体,舒张小肠平滑肌;也可能与妥拉唑啉相互竞争,兴奋α受体,从而舒张小肠平滑肌。Objective Study the relaxation effect and mechanism of Schisandra chinensis on isolated rabbit intestinal smooth muscle.Methods The effects of Schisandra chinensis extract on the activities of normal isolated rabbit intestinal smooth muscle and isolated rabbit intestinal smooth muscle under the action of acetylcholine and tolazoline were compared by using the isolated rabbit intestinal smooth muscle test and BL-420E biological function test system,and the contraction frequency and amplitude of intestinal muscle were recorded.Results Schisandra chinensis extract inhibited the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous contraction of rabbit small intestinal smooth muscle in a concentration dependent manner.40 mg/ml Schisandra chinensis extract significantly inhibited the excitatory contraction of isolated rabbit intestinal smooth muscle induced by acetylcholine;When using tolazoline to block adrenergicα,schisandra chinensis extract can still inhibit the contraction amplitude of isolated intestinal smooth muscle.Conclusion Schisandra chinensis extract can produce competitive inhibition with acetylcholine,block M receptor and relax small intestinal smooth muscle;It may also compete with tolazoline and get excitedαreceptors,thereby relaxing small intestinal smooth muscle.
