妇科洗剂的抗炎、镇痛试验及皮肤给药安全性评价

摘　　要：目的考察妇科洗剂的抗炎、镇痛作用及其对动物皮肤给药的急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性反应。方法通过测定热板法小鼠的痛阈值变化、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体次数、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀度考察镇痛和抗炎作用。取新西兰兔进行皮肤刺激性试验,健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性及皮肤急性毒性试验。结果在抗炎试验中,妇科洗剂对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,其作用优于对照组。在热板法致痛试验和醋酸致痛扭体试验中,妇科洗剂能使热板刺激所致的小鼠痛阈值明显提高,小鼠扭体次数明显减少。妇科洗剂对新西兰兔完整和破损皮肤均无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性和皮肤毒性。结论妇科洗剂具有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用,皮肤给药无明显不良反应,临床应用安全。Objective This study aims at investigating the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and evaluating the irritation,hypersensitivity and toxicity of Gynecological Lotion on animal skin.Methods The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were investigated by measuring the change of pain threshold in mice with hot plate method,the number of body twisting induced by glacial acetic acid and the degree of ear swelling induced by xylene.The skin irritation experiment was carded out on the healthy New Zealand rabbits.The skin hypersensitive and acute toxicity experiment was carried out on the health guinea pigs.Results In the anti-inflammatory test,Gynecological Lotion has obvious inhibitory effect on ear swelling caused by xylene,and its effect is better than that of the control group.In the hot plate pain test and acetic acidinduced writhing test,Gynecological Lotion can significantly increase the pain threshold of mice caused by hot plate stimulation,and significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice.The results showed that the topical use of Gynecological Lotion with the normal dose produced had no irritation on the integral skin and the impaired skin of New Zealand rabbits.Sensitization effect and toxicity of Gynecological Lotion with the normal dose on the skin of guinea pigs were not found.Conclusion Gynecological Lotion has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.The topical use of Gynecological Lotion on the animal skin is safe for clinical applications.
