消痔软膏与马应龙痔疮膏在Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔术后应用疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探究消痔软膏与马应龙痔疮膏在Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔术后应用疗效。方法选择在2022年3月~2022年9月接受住院手术治疗的混合痔患者174例为本次的研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组87例,对照组患者给予手术联合马应龙痔疮膏进行术后换药治疗,观察组患者给予手术联合消痔软膏进行术后换药治疗。于患者治疗结束后,比较两组的治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗有效率为86.21%,高于对照组患者83.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗,两组患者创面出血、水肿及疼痛评分均降低(P<0.05);但对两组术前术后创面出血、水肿及疼痛评分进行组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后两组患者渗液评分、创面愈合率及肉芽形态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后创面愈合时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。相比术前,术后两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平均升高(P<0.05);但术前术后两组患者的VEGF、bFGF水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为5.15%,对照组患者为4.60%(P>0.05)。结论Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者给予消痔软膏治疗效果明显,可以缓解术后创面出血、水肿,提高患者的创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间,显著改善患者的渗液评分及肉芽形态评分,提高患者的VEGF及bFGF水平,缓解患者术后疼痛,安全性较好。Objective To explore the application effect of Xiaozhi Ointment and Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Cream afterⅢ~Ⅳmixture.Methods 174 patients with mixed hemorrhoids being treated in the hospital from March 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study object and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,87 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with surgery combined with Mayinglong Hemorrhoidal Cream,and patients in the observation group were surgery combined with Xiaozhi Ointment for treatment.After the treatment,the treatment effect of the patients and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate in the observation group was 86.21%,which was higher than the control group 83.91%,statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,bleeding,edema and pain scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between postoperative bleeding,edema and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative wound healing rate,exudate score and granulation morphology score were no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).VEGF,bFGF were increased in both groups(P<0.05),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)were no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of postoperative complication of the observation group was 5.15%;the control group was 4.60%;the observation group was higher than the control group,but not significant(P>0.05).ConclusionⅢ~Ⅳmixed hemorrhoids patients with Xiaozhi Ointment treatment effect is obvious,can relieve postoperative wound bleeding and edema,improve the wound healing rate,shorten the wound healing time,significantly improve the patient's exudation score and granulation morphology score,improve the patient's VEGF and bFGF level,relieve the postoperative pain,the safety is good.
