摘 要:为解决低热值固废在燃烧领域资源化利用的技术难题,通过晋华炉产生的气化灰渣在5 t/d气化灰渣燃烧中试平台燃烧试验的研究,掌握了气化灰渣在循环流化床(CFB)燃烧装置内的流动、燃烧及污染物排放特性,获得了气化灰渣CFB燃烧规律,并据此研发了一台燃气化灰渣的180 t/h CFB焚烧炉。经工程应用,该焚烧炉结构设计合理,运行稳定,解决了气化灰渣在CFB焚烧炉中稳定燃烧的技术难题,可为低热值固体废物资源化利用的推广打下坚实的基础。In order to solve the technical problem of resource utilization of low calorific value solid waste in the com-bustion field,the flow,combustion,and pollutant emission characteristics of gasification ash and slag in the circutating flu-idized bed(CFB)combustion device were studied through the combustion test of gasification ash and slag generated by the Jinhua furnace on a 5 t/d gasification ash and slag combustion pilot platform.The CFB combustion law of gasification ash and slag was obtained,and a 180 t/h CFB incinerator for gasification ash and slag was developed based on this.After engi-neering application,the incinerator has a reasonable structural design and stable operation,solving the technical problem of stable combustion of gasification ash in CFB incinerators.It can lay a solid foundation for the promotion of low calorific val-ue solid waste resource utilization.
