摘　　要：在选定的条件下,采用仪器自带的标准相对灵敏度因子(stdRSF)校正结果,测定了高纯氧化镱中30种杂质元素。结果表明,在没有标准物质的情况下,可实现对高纯氧化镱中30种杂质元素的半定量分析。将该方法与国家标准方法进行比对,相对偏差的绝对值<30%。Under the conditions of select,the 30 impurity elements in ytterbium oxide were determined by using the correction results of standard relative sensitivity factor(stdRSF)provided by the instrument.The resuts showed that the semi-quantitative analysis of the 30 impurity elements in ytterbium oxide could be achieved without standard.The proposed method was compared with the national standard method,absolute value of the relative deviation less than30%.
