摘 要:为研究不同冲击能量、冲击角度对T300/69层合板边缘冲击性能的影响,基于应变描述的三维Hashin失效准则,借助Abaqus有限元分析软件和改进的VUMAT子程序,对T300/69层合板不同冲击能量、冲击角度的边缘低速冲击过程进行数值模拟,建立T300/69层合板边缘低速冲击的有限元模型.结果表明:冲击能量相同时,随着冲击角度的增大层合板损伤程度和吸能情况均降低;冲击角度相同时,随着冲击能量增大层合板损伤程度和吸能情况均升高.同时,改进的VUMAT子程序能较好地预测T300/69层合板的低速冲击响应和损伤演化过程.To investigate the effect of different impact energies/angles on the edge impact performance of T300/69 composite laminate,a numerical simulation of the edge low-velocity impact process of T300/69 composite laminate with different impact energies/angles is carried out based on the three-dimensional Hashin failure criterion of strain description with the help of Abaqus finite element analysis software and the modified VUMAT subroutine.The finite element model of the edge low-velocity impact of T300/69 composite laminate is established and the results of the finite element simulation show that the damage degree and energy absorption of the composite laminate decrease with the increase of impact angles with the same impact energies.Meanwhile,the damage degree and energy absorption of the composite laminate increase with the increase of impact energies in the condition of the same impact angles.And the modified VUMAT subroutine can better predict the low-velocity impact response and damage of T300/69 composite laminates.
