摘　　要：智慧化装车系统是洗煤厂智能化建设一个必不可少的环节,针对洗煤厂煤炭散装物料装车系统存在的不足,提出装车系统智能化的解决方案,通过运用智能传感与控制技术,满足多场景下装车的需要,提高智慧化装车系统自主化与协作水平。实际应用表明,该系统可实现散装物料快速定量装载智慧化技术的常态化运行。The intelligent loading system is an essential part of the intelligent construction of coal washing plants.In response to the shortcomings of the coal bulk material loading system in coal washing plants,an intelligent solution for the loading system was proposed.By using intelligent sensing and control technology,the needs of loading in multiple scenarios were met,and the level of autonomy and cooperation of the intelligent loading system was improved.Practical applications have shown that the intelligent technology for rapid and quantitative loading of bulk materials can be operated in a normalized manner.
