摘 要:大功率采煤机电控箱整体横向较长,前法兰横向跨度大,因此易出现应力集中,并且长期的形变会导致法兰折弯处产生疲劳,从而导致断裂现象。提出一种隔爆层面折弯处倒斜圆角结构,取代旧式的隔爆面斜角结构。利用有限元法,对该两种结构建立模型并力学仿真,得到斜圆角和斜角两种结构的法兰应力分布,以及形变分布,分析得出两种结构的法兰面应力集中位置大致相同,斜圆角结构的应力较斜角小了49 MPa,降低29%。并且对法兰折弯处斜圆角结构尺寸进行了参数优化计算,得出当斜角长度为50 mm、过渡圆角半径为55 mm时,法兰的集中应力最小并且最大形变也较低,实现了法兰折弯处结构的优化。The overall transverse length of the high-power coal mining machinery control box is relatively long,and the transverse span of the front flange is large,so it is prone to stress concentration.Moreover,long-term deformation can cause fatigue at the flange bending point,leading to fracture.A diagonal fillet structure at the bend of the explosion-proof surface was proposed,replacing the old style explosion-proof surface diagonal structure.By using the finite element method,models were established for these two structures and mechanical simulations were conducted to obtain the flange stress distribution and deformation distribution of the oblique fillet and oblique angle structures.The analysis showed that the stress concentration positions on the flange surface of the two structures were roughly the same,and the stress of the oblique fillet structure was 49 MPa smaller than that of the oblique angle,reducing by 29%.Parameter optimization calculations were conducted on the structural dimensions of the inclined fillet at the flange bending point.When the inclined length was 50 mm and the transition fillet radius was 55 mm,the concentrated stress of the flange was minimized and the maximum deformation was also low,achieving the optimization of the structure at the flange bending point.
