摘 要:针对传统的四象限变频器预充电电路中接触器体积大、分断电流小等问题,提出了基于高压直流继电器的新型预充电方案,分析和对比了四象限变频器预充电回路采用接触器和高压直流继电器两种方式的优缺点,详细分析了基于高压直流继电器的大功率四象限变频器预充电电路的拓扑结构及特点。最后,搭建了基于高压直流继电器预充电的测试环境,进行了测试试验,试验结果符合预期。A new precharging scheme based on high-voltage DC relay was proposed to address the issues of large contactor volume and low breaking current in the traditional precharging circuit of four quadrant frequency converters.The advantages and disadvantages of using contactors and high-voltage DC relays in the precharging circuit of four quadrant frequency converters were analyzed and compared.The topology and characteristics of the high-power four quadrant frequency converter precharging circuit based on high-voltage DC relay were analyzed in detail.Finally,a testing environment based on precharging of high-voltage DC relay was established and testing experiments were conducted,and the experimental results met expectations.
