摘  要:当前医院人力资源信息系统普遍存在数据标准化程度不高、数据链接单一封闭、缺少数据统筹和管理应用等问题。上海申康医院发展中心探索建立医院集团式人力资源信息系统,从构建数据库框架、数据字段标准化、全覆盖抓取数据、提高数据质量和加强管理应用等方面,旨在推进医院人力资源数据内部链接其他管理数据、外部链接医院间数据,促进医院人力资源管理工具和管理流程不断优化,人力资源数据的统筹效应不断增强,人力资源管理的大数据应用场景不断丰富。At present,there are many problems in hospital human resource information system,such as low data standardization,single data link,lack of data coordination and management application.Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center has explored the establishment of human resource information system of a hospital group type,aiming at promoting the internal linking of hospital human resource data to other management data,and the external linking of inter-hospital data from the aspects of constructing database framework,standardizing data fields,grasping data with full coverage,improving data quality,strengthening management application,and promoting continuous optimization of hospital human resource management tools and management processes.Then the overall effect of human resource data is constantly increasing and the application scenarios of big data in human resource management are constantly enriched.
