摘 要:能源低碳化、动力电气化以及系统智能化将推动我国以油气为主的传统交通能源基础设施向油电气氢融合的新型道路交通基础设施方向快速重构。当前,新型交通能源基础设施发展过程中面临着社区充电建设难、公共充电盈利难、氢能产业成本高等问题。文章针对性地提出了应对思路,包括统建统营、有序充电等解决社区充电方案,电力体制改革下运营商参与电力现货市场、辅助服务市场、V2G等模式经济性可行性逐渐显现,部分运营车辆换电和“巧克力电池”模式具有市场推广潜力,以及培育氢能应用场景等。The low-carbon energy,power electrification and system intelligence will promote the rapid reconstruction of China's traditional transportation energy infrastructure,which is dominated by oil and gas,to a new road transportation infrastructure,integrated with oil,electricity and hydrogen.At present,the transformation process of new transportation energy infrastructure is faced with a systematic problem of difficulty in community charging construction,public charging profit,and high costs of hydrogen energy industry.This paper puts forward targeted response ideas,including unified construction and operation,orderly charging and other community charging solutions.Under the power system reform,the economic feasibility of operators'participation in spot market,auxiliary service market,V2G and other modes gradually appears.Some operating vehicles'power exchange and chocolate battery modes have market promotion potential,as well as cultivating hydrogen energy application scenarios.
