国有企业加油站资产盘活“互联网+”模式的路径探索

摘　　要：国有资产的质量关系到国有经济的健康发展,国有资产保值增值已成为世界性难题,资产盘活是国有资产保值增值的堵点。利用网络平台的客户流量和大数据优势,在满足国资监管规定的前提下,引入市场机制以优化资产盘活生态,应当成为国有资产处置的主流模式。将加油站资产盘活与互联网跨界融合,采用“网络竞价+进场交易”模式,有效解决了依法合规和追求实效的矛盾,对国有资产处置提供了很好借鉴。The quality of state-owned assets is related to the healthy development of state-owned economy.The preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets has become a worldwide problem,with asset revitalization being its blocking point.Taking advantage of the customer flow and big data of online platforms,the introduction of market mechanisms to optimize the ecology of asset revitalization should become the mainstream model for the disposal of state-owned assets under the premise of meeting the regulations.The cross-border integration of the revitalization of gas station assets with the Internet and the adoption of the"entry trading+online bidding"model,effectively solves the contradiction between compliance with the law and the pursuit of effectiveness,providing a good reference for the disposal of state-owned assets.
