基于落差指数法的水文站自动测流问题探讨

摘  要:落差指数法适用于受变动回水顶托影响的河道水位流量单值化处理,但计算过程较为繁琐。基于此,以具体的水文站为例,编写.Net语言应用程序,应用测站2017年及以后年度的实测资料,进行落差指数法相关参数率定及水位落差自动计算,并通过拟合出的单值化关系曲线推算流量。结果表明,所推算出的流量精度符合《河流流量测验规范》(GB 50179-2015)的要求,能基本解决水文站受变动回水顶托影响后流量实时在线监测及水文资料整编定线难题,为流域水文评价、水情预警、流量监控等提供基础资料。Fall index method is suitable for single value treatment of river water level and discharge affected by variable backwater support,but the calculation process is rather complicated.Based on this,this paper takes the specific hydrologic station as an example to compile.Net language application,using the measured data of the station in 2017 and later years,calibrates the related parameters of the drop index method,calculates the water level drop automatically,and calculates the flow through the fitting of the single-valued relationship curve.The results show that the calculated discharge accuracy is in accordance with the requirements of“River Discharge Test Code”(GB 50179-2015),and can basically solve the problem of flow on-line monitoring and hydrologic data arrangement and alignment of hydrologic station affected by variable backwater support,then provides basic data for hydrological evaluation,water situation warning,flow monitoring and so on.
