摘  要:核桃青龙衣是核桃的外层果皮,内含丰富的人体必需的微量元素成分,具有较高的药用价值。本实验选取了天水特色坚果核桃的青龙衣为研究对象,经过微波消解仪对试样进行了前期预处理,再利用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry,ICP-AES)测定天水核桃青龙衣以及具有地方特色的4种水果中的Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、Na、Cu、K和Mg 8种矿质元素的含量。结果表明,天水核桃青龙衣中钾、钙和镁3种矿质元素含量远远高于4种地产特色水果,为利用天水核桃副产物开发营养保健功能性产品提供了技术支撑。Walnut Qinglongyi is the outer peel of walnut,which contains rich trace elements essential to human body and has high medicinal value.Qinglongyi of walnut,a characteristic nut of Tianshui,was selected as the research object,and the samples were pre-treated with microwave digestion instrument.The contents of Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Na,Cu,K and Mg in walnut Qinglongyi and four fruits with local characteristics were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that the contents of potassium,calcium and magnesium in Qinglongyi of Tianshui Walnut were much higher than those of the four real estate characteristic fruits,which provided technical support for the development of nutritional and health functional products using the by-products of Tianshui walnut.
