摘　　要：卷烟厂生产对于环境温湿度有着严格的要求和标准,保障工业空调运行状况稳定性,对整个企业生产至关重要。文章对工业空调智能化管理系统进行研究,通过对空调系统设备的基础数据进行实时采集、智能存储、诊断分析、数据挖掘等深度加工,将数据分析、语音识别技术与工业控制相结合,研究了一套卷烟工业空调智能管理系统。经运行确认,此系统可使生产车间温湿度指标达标率98%以上、人机交互准确率达到95%、设备智能准确系统达到90%以上,极大保障了生产过程中对工业空调的需求。Cigarette factory production has strict requirements and standards for ambient temperature and humidity,and ensure the stability of industrial air conditioning operation is very important for the entire enterprise production.The paper researches the intelligent management system of industrial air conditioning,through real-time collection,intelligent storage,diagnostic analysis,data mining and other deep processing of the basic data of air conditioning system equipment,combines data analysis,speech recognition technology with industrial control,research and develops a set of cigarette industrial air conditioning intelligent management system.After operation confirmation,this system can make the production workshop temperature and humidity index compliance rate of more than 98%,human-computer interaction accuracy rate of 95%,equipment intelligent and accurate system of more than 90%.It greatly guarantees the demand for industrial air conditioning in the production process.
