摘　　要：随着信息化建设的加快,我国的工程建设行业面临的信息整合不完善等问题使得工程建设单位无法及时与市场接轨。BIM技术的出现为工程建设单位带来了新的解决方案。文章研究了在BIM理论的指导下,工程建设单位通过建立自身的企业数据库,对市政工程的各项信息进行整合和优化,提高了市政工程企业竞争力,为建设单位优化数据信息处理提供理论参考。With the acceleration of information construction,China's engineering construction industry faces problems such as imperfect information integration that makes engineering construction units unable to connect with the market in time.The emergence of BIM technology has brought new solutions to engineering construction units.The paper studies that under the guidance of BIM theory,engineering construction units establish their own enterprise databases,integrate and optimize various information of municipal engineering,improve the competitiveness of municipal engineering enterprises,and provide theoretical reference for construction units to optimize data information processing.
