叙事视域下未成年人犯罪新闻报道的呈现与反思——以《法治日报》《检察日报》为例

摘　　要：未成年人作为社会的特殊群体,其身心健康关系到家庭幸福、社会和谐和国家稳定,对未成年人犯罪新闻报道的研究极具理论意义和实践价值。以《法治日报》和《检察日报》未成年人犯罪新闻报道为样本,从报道数量、报道体裁、新闻来源、报道内容以及犯罪类型进行了量化统计;对未成年人犯罪新闻报道的叙事者、叙事视角和叙事模式进行了文本的深度解读。研究表明,《法治日报》和《检察日报》对未成年人犯罪新闻报道采取多元化叙事者、多角度叙事视角、多样化叙事模式的报道策略。这些报道策略可以使媒体准确行使新闻话语权和舆论引导权,引导受众思考并解决未成年人犯罪的社会问题,实现媒体的新闻价值;可以将社会对未成年人的帮扶教育放在首位,实现未成年人犯罪报道的社会实用价值。As a special group of society,minors'physical and mental health is related to family happiness,social harmony and national stability.The study of juvenile delinquency news reports is of great theoretical significance and practical value.Taking 469 juvenile crime news reports from the Legal Daily and the Procuratorate Daily as samples,this paper makes quantitative statistics from the report number,report genre,news source,report content and crime type.The author deeply interprets the narrator,narrative perspective and narrative mode of juvenile crime news report.The research shows that the Legal Daily and the Procuratorate Daily adopt the reporting strategy of diversified narrators,multi-angle narrative perspectives and diversified narrative modes for the news report of juvenile delinquency.These reporting strategies enable the media to accurately exercise the right of news discourse and public opinion guidance,guide the audience to think and solve the social problems of juvenile delinquency,and realize the news value of the media,put the help and education for minors in the first place and realize the social practical value of juvenile crime report.
