摘　　要：信息疫情是传染病流行期间爆发的一种大规模信息流行病,主要表现为与疫情有关的谣言、虚假信息、错误信息在网络媒体中的盛行。信息疫情的传播在内容、过程、效果方面均具有病毒性的特征。当前国内外传播学领域对信息疫情的研究可以划分为信息疫情的分布、病因推断与治理三类。未来的研究需采用科学的因果判定方法、细分易感人群、经验研究与质性分析相结合,深入开展信息疫情的病因研究。对信息疫情的影响研究既要兼顾组织、社会与国家层次的影响,关注在线传播与人际交流之间的效果差异,也要深入探究影响产生的机制。在信息疫情治理方面,加强监测预警、精准辟谣与效果评估。最后,也应聚焦全球化信息生态,从国家传播视角研究信息疫情的成因、表现、影响及其治理。Infodemic mainly describes the phenomenon that massive rumors and false information diffuse in online media during epidemics.The diffusion of infodemic shows viral characteristics in its information content,diffusion process,and effects.In the field of communication,research on the infodemic is divided into three categories in the current study:how the information distributes,why it becomes popular and how to control and govern it.Future research needs to adopt scientific causal inference methods,subdivide the susceptible population and combine empirical research with qualitative analysis to further explore the driving force of the information epidemic.The research focusing on the effect of infodemic should take into account what influence it brings to organizations,societies and nations.This line of studies also needs to pay more attention to the difference between online and offline diffusion of the infodemic and explore why such difference emerges.In terms of infodemic governance,surveillance and warning,accurate dispelling of rumors and effect evaluation should be strengthened.Finally,further studies should focus on the global information ecology and investigate the causes,manifestations,impacts and governance of information epidemics from the perspective of national communication.
