摘　　要：主要介绍1号发电机定子槽楔在厂内总装及试验后,检查发现定子槽楔存在破裂问题,讨论问题产生的原因并制定处理措施,避免槽楔松动或破裂从而威胁机组安全稳定运行。给后续同类机型提供参考。The cracking problem of stator slot wedge found after assembly and test of No.1 generator stator in the factory is mainly introduced,the cause of the problem discussed and the treatment measures formulate in this paper,in order to avoid the slot wedge loosening or cracking which may threaten the safe and stable operation of the unit and to provide reference for subsequent similar models.
