摘　　要：围绕汽轮发电机定子线棒端部的特殊形状,探索出在缺少定子线棒端部渐开线技术参数的条件下,利用原有导线进行生产的汽轮发电机定子线棒返修技术,以及解决定子线棒返修过程中的其他技术问题。通过该方法返修的定子线棒各项性能满足标准和使用要求,并且大大降低了返修成本和返修周期。Based on the special shape of the end of the stator bar of turbo-generator,in this paper,the reworking technology of stator bar of turbine generator using original wire for production is explored in the condition of absence of involute technical parameters of stator bar end,as well as other technical problems during solving stator bar reworking.The performances of the stator bar reworked by this method meets the standards and application requirements and is able to greatly reduce the repair cost and reworking cycle.
