摘　　要：介绍了一种汽轮发电机集电环现场车修的工艺方法,设计制造专用的刀座底架,通过计算分析选择合适的刀具及伸出长度,同时选择合适的切削参数。该工艺方法不需要拆装以及返厂车修集电环,能极大地缩短维修停机时间,减少停机造成的经济损失。A process method of on-site service of collector ring of turbo-generator is introduced in this paper,special tool rest bracket is designed and manufactured.Through calculation and analysis,the appropriate cutting tool and extension length are selected,and the appropriate cutting parameters are selected.This technology not necessary to disassemble and assemble the machine or return to factory for repair the collector ring can greatly shorten the downtime for maintenance and reduce the economic loss caused by downtime.
