摘  要:设计并搭建了室内立式水环输送实验系统。通过齿轮泵控制水相和染色后的油相分别从水相、油相入口进入水环发生器,保持油相入口流量不变,改变水相入口流量,稳定之后使用高速摄像仪拍摄管道内流型,进行了立式水环流型实验,分析了不同油水流量下管道中的流动特性和油水表观速度对成环效果的影响。实验结果表明:立式水环中油水界面产生“蛇形波”形式的界面波,使得油相核心保持连续状态而不断裂;油水速度比在0.75~1.5范围内成环效果较好,当油水速度比过小时,输水量过大,界面张力不足以维持油相核心的稳定,油相核心发生破裂,分散为小油滴成为散状流;超过临界值时,油相核心在扰动作用下可能污染管壁。An indoor vertical water ring conveying experimental system was designed and built.The gear pump controls the water phase,and the dyed oil phase enters the water loop generator from the water phase and oil phase inlets,respectively.Then we keep the oil phase inlet flow unchanged,and change the water phase inlet flow,until it is stable.A high-speed camera is used to take pictures of the flow pattern in the pipeline.The vertical water loop flow pattern experiment is carried out,and the influence of the flow characteristics in the pipeline and the apparent speed of oil and water on the loop forming effect are analyzed under different oil and water flows.The results show that the oil-water interface in vertical water ring generates interface waves in the form of serpentine waves,which keep the oil phase core in a continuous state without breaking.The oil-water velocity ratio is better in the range of 0.75~1.5.When the oil-water velocity ratio is too small,the water conveyance is too large and the interfacial tension is not enough to maintain the stability of the oil phase core,the oil phase core breaks and small oil droplets disperse into scattered flow.When the critical value is exceeded,the oil phase core may contaminate the pipe wall under the action of disturbance.
