基于文献计量分析的国内实验室人才研究述评

摘　　要：实验室人才是国内实验室建设的第一资源。采用文献计量综述的方法,基于2006~2021年北大核心期刊与CSSCI的621篇实验室人才文献,分析与总结国内实验室人才的研究态势。研究结果表明,该领域发文趋势分为起步期、加速期和平稳期3个阶段;核心作者群尚未形成;研究机构以经济与教育相对发达地区的高校为主,缺乏多主体的研究合作;已形成稳定的核心期刊群;关键词聚类显示,研究热点聚焦在实验室人才培养与培养模式构建研究、国内外实验室建设比较分析与实验室管理模式研究、实验室人才队伍建设与人才引进研究3个方面。基于以上分析,提出国内实验室人才需要进一步研究的现实与理论问题。相关研究成果弥补了国内实验室人才研究在全局定量分析上的不足,为关注该领域的理论研究者与实践工作者提供了参考。Laboratory talents are the first resources of laboratory construction.With the method of bibliometric review,this paper analyzed and summarized the research situation in this field of domestic laboratory talents published in CNKI Peking University core journals and CSSCI from 2006 to 2021 by taking 621 journal papers.The result shows that the number of papers published in this field can be divided into three stages:initial stage,accelerated stage and stable stage.The core group of authors has not yet been formed.Research institutions are mainly universities in relatively developed areas of economy and education,and there is lack of cooperation between the research institutions.A stable core periodical group has formed.Clustering of keywords shows that there are five aspects in the flied of laboratory talents,that is,laboratory talents training and the mode of training,comparative analysis of laboratory construction and the mode of laboratory management,the team construction of laboratory talents and talent introduction,the prediction of talents’supply and demand,the development strategy research of laboratory talents.Finally,this study puts forward some practical and theoretical problems for laboratory talents to be studied in the current environment.This study complements the lack of quantitative analysis in existing studies and provides a reference for theoretical researchers and practitioners concerned in this field.
