摘 要:积极稳妥推进碳达峰、碳中和,能源是主战场,电力是主力军,构建新能源占比不断提高的新型电力系统是实现碳中和的必由之路。为配合新能源的大规模快速发展,保障电力系统运行的安全稳定运行,解决清洁能源的消纳难题,具有调节作用的常规水电和抽水蓄能电站将发挥巨大作用。对水能资源分布现状和开发规模现状进行总结,分析新形势下水能发展新机遇及开发新要求,可以为水能资源开发提供一定参考。In actively and steadily promoting carbon peakingand carbon neutralization,energy is the main battlefield,and electric power is the main force.Building a new power system with an increasing proportion of new energy is the only way to achieve carbon neutralization.In order to cooperate with the large-scale and rapid development of new energy,to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system operation and solve the problem of clean energy consumption,conventional hydropower and pumped storage power stations with regulatory role will play a huge role.This paper summarizes the present situation of the distribution and development scale of hydropower resources,and analyzes the new opportunities and requirements of hydropower development under the new situation,which can provide some reference for the development of hydropower resources.
